ご挨拶

私たちの研究分野は応用確率論，応用確率過程，確率モデルとオペレーションズ・リサーチです．世の中のサービスシステムが不確実な要素が含んでいます．それらのシステムを確率モデルでモデル化し，解析することで，システムの挙動の理解し，設計などの方針を提供します．

これまで通信システム（光・無線・５G・SDN等），データセンターシステム，コールセンター，物流サービスの確率モデルの提案と解析を取り組んできました．また，解析可能な確率モデルのクラスを広げる理論的な研究も行っています．そして，確率モデルの数値的な計算解法の研究も行っています．

この分野は実際問題を数理モデルで捉えて解決法を目指すため，実際社会の問題を数学的に解決したい方や数学を活かした実社会に役に立つ研究をしたい方を歓迎いたします．当研究室では国内外で第一線で活躍している研究者と共同研究・交流して常にレベルアップを目指しています．
